For those of you who will be joining our family of patients, welcome! At your first visit, Dr. Moses is going to spend some extra time with you- as much as you need. He wants to ensure that you are comfortable with him, and that he is able to answer every question you have about your oral health.
At Moses Family Dental Care, our goal is for families in the surrounding communities to develop and maintain healthy smiles through preventative and restorative dentistry. Good oral health leads to improved quality of life through better mental and physical health. Dr. Moses will also give you tips and advice on properly caring for your smile and maintaining excellent oral health.
For patients 18 and older, your visit will include:
- Comprehensive New Patient Exam (including a Periodontal Evaluation and TMD evaluation)
- Full Mouth X-Ray Series
- Oral Cancer Screening
- Oral Health and Nutritional Education
- Discussion of Treatment Needs, and patient's concerns, elective treatment, oral health goals
For patients 18 and under, your visit will include:
- Comprehensive New Patient Exam
- Full Mouth X-Ray Series
- Dental Cleaning
- Fluoride Treatment
- Oral Health and Nutritional Education
- Discussion of Child's Treatment Needs, and parent/guardian concerns

At your first visit, you may receive a lot of information regarding different dental treatments and procedures, and improving your oral health. We promise to provide you with as much easy-to-understand information as needed in order for you to be able to make an informed decision on what best fits your treatment needs, your personal health, your appearance, and your lifestyle.
